Return and Refund Policy

You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect item sent for example).

If you need to return an item please email with your request and reason for return.

You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Conditions for a full refund: 

Returned products must be in their original packaging, accompanied by all accessories and documentations provided. Products must not have been used, nor have suffered any damage, and be perfectly clean.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will respond to your email regarding your return within 24 to 48 hours. 

Non-returnable items
Some items, such as perishable items, may not be returned. Perishable items include, but are not limited to food, flowers, plants, and custom made products.  If you have questions about returning an item, email us at -

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Our store is an online store, therefore we cannot make exchanges for you. The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you received, once that item has been approved for a refund, you should purchase the item you want.

We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and if the return was approved for a refund.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
