At Koori Threads, we try to keep shipping details updated on the product page so that you are aware. Sadly, we cannot beat monopolistic tech behemoths when it comes to shipping speeds, so we created a bit of a guide below! 

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

• Average transit times to order place in the lower 48 are about 0 -2 calendar days, and we try to keep the product page details as up to date as possible.
• Average Processing times to order are between 7-14 calendar days though some are within a few days. We try to keep the product page details as up to date as possible.
• Many customers will receive their order faster, depending on stock levels, packaging, and the distance between their shipping destination and our warehouse. 

We keep our product page almost-real-time updated with estimated shipping times just to keep transparency while we ramp.

1- Standard ( 7-14 days )

Flat Rate- A$20

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 Damages

 Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
